Alison Meadowcroft
I’m Alison Meadowcroft, the owner and head designer of Leary’s Flowers in Phoenixville. My love of flowers started at a very young age as I was able to grow up with a Mother who loved to garden. Naturally I became enthralled with the beauty of the flowers and knew they would be a big part of my life. I Graduated from West Chester University earning a degree in Fine Arts. During my time at University I also wanted to extend my love for flowers and worked a local Florist in West Chester. Here I was able to learn the ins and outs of industry. After graduating, I continued to study specialized floral design at Longwood Gardens. In March of 2007, decided to embark into a new chapter of my life and became the owner of my own flower shop, the original Leary’s in Phoenixville. Being the shop owner allows me I to keep two of my passions in life, flowers and art. Combining these two loves helps me strive to always do my best for our customers and friends, as well as to keep ahead of the changing times and traditions.

Leary’s Flowers has been a fixture in the borough of Phoenixville for over 50 years, making us the second oldest operating floral designer in the area. Originally founded by Fred Leary, the shop has been under the creative direction and ownership of the Meadowcroft family since 2007.Our specialty is simple, beautifully made flower arrangements featuring the freshest blooms, handcrafted into bouquets and floral pieces everyone will be delighted to give, and receive. We love making custom flower designs from classic and traditional, to new and trend setting. Whether you need flowers for a wedding, funeral, birthday, or any occasion, we will work with you to create just the right piece for your needs.
